Cancellation Policy

To maintain the exclusivity of our 10-car fleet, we implement the following cancellation policy:

Full Refund: Cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

50% Refund: Cancellation made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled time.

No Refund: Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the service or "No Show".

Grace Period: We allow a 30-minute complimentary waiting time for airport transfers.
